Discovering DnB

First of all, small talk is allowed in this post, feel free to.

Okay, now onto the news post, I'll get straight to the point.

Thanks to NL-Courage, I've been digging further than I ever had into the genre 'Drum and Bass'. I had never been further than Pendulum and some of ParagonX9's uploads, but now I'm discovering a whole new world.

I'm still not too fond of every song, but I'm rapidly growing extremely tolerant of the genre. I've been looking into several sub-genres of DnB, and I must say that I'm quite surprised how fucking wide it is.

I'm going to discover (hopefully) a whole lot of new songs, so if anyone has a bit of experience (yes Chris, you may respond) in listening to it, please recommend me great tracks.

Anyway, I'm currently mixing a lot of tracks, I'm close to my 40th mix already, with over 30 hours of awesomeness. I'm making slow, but steady progress with my novel (fixed chapter one... again lol) and I'm remixing a lot of loose songs.

Thanks to NL-Courage I'm getting my motivation and inspiration back, so this is also a 'thank you post'. So yeah... thanks :D

Anyway, a recommendation for you is to make an original track (speed at least 160 bmps). I don't think you'll be able to manage that.

Anyway, thank you for the massive amounts of confidence, not. I'll be remixing for a while, just doing what is fun. Eventually I'll be making original tracks.

But with recommendations I meant songs that you like and provide a link.

Hm... I've been checking dubsteb, again, at Monday... I must say. I still hate it :\ I just can't get used to it...

Anyway, I will keep on going. My holliday's next week, so I hope by then I can spend hours on productiveness... Or sleeping :P

I, too think out loud, maybe even too often.
sometimes I just mumble when thinking, and people just either hear wrong, making the situation embarrassing, or think that I am talking to them x_x
