D'awwww!

It's been a while since you uploaded anything. I'm glad to see you've been working on something good. Let me start by saying that the 'basic' pikachu worked out just fine, shadows, anatomy and such. Well done.

Then the creepy-ness. I wouldn't think it really creeped me out, though I like how the ... alternative part worked out, especially the back, with the ribs showing.

I found that the eyes could have been better with just black holes, or with the smoke(?) worked out a bit more.

Other than that, great upload. Keep 'em coming!

CliffRacer responds:

lol Thanks :)
I indeed have not uploaded drawings for a while, because of the damn summer holiday, not so much on computer XD
Yeah, I agree, the eyes fail :S

Not a bad idea... What can he do?

Character physique is good, suit looks nice, especially the headgear. Well done!

Whoah, love that expression.

Great details, the nose worked out just fine, too.

RAMB0J3SUS responds:

Thanks for the review! I appreciate your feedback!

Great man, just great.

What you're doing here isn't just make beautiful art, it actually makes me think, just like an old map of the world that was hanging in my first house. It's not very alike, but I'd stare at it and just follow the lines and look where they'd end up.
It's the same with this one. It inspires me to both write a review AND (probably :P) make something new today too.

On the first hand, the fork, the scissors and the hammer don't really have anything to do with each other, but they are indeed, all tools. I don't get everything, if there's stuff to be 'gotten', but I love it.

Now then, onward to the review itself:

The details are great, you can see where you've drawn, and where you've added your colours. Again, I love how you've managed to capture the shape of the objects, and how accurate all the shadows are.

You were right; I haven't seen anything yet; I'm anticipating your next upload. I won't be reviewing 'Missing Tooth', although I can say that the nose is very well done too.

Keep it up!

Felt obliged to review after you great review.

I absolutely love it, with both the 'geometry' and the shadows worked out perfectly.
I'm really into pencil drawings (that's why I keep making them myself), because of the atmosphere it sets. You've really captured the mood I wanted to see.The lighting's very, very impressive, plus all the details make it a fantastic piece of itself.

I'm facepalming myself for not visiting your page sooner, or taking a better look at it. Insta-favourite and fukken saved. Great job.

RAMB0J3SUS responds:

Wow! Thank you so much MaartenC, it makes me happy to know that you favorited my work! I feel kind of honored :3 I'm happy to know that you think my work is that good, but you ain't seen nothin' yet! I hope you keep checking back 'cause I'm sure to upload more tomorrow. Thanks for the great reviews and I'll keep my eye out for more of your works kind sir.

For fuck's sake, Sam. This is great!

Seeing you made this out of a drawing with pen, this is even more impressive.
The scenery's atmosphere really catches on, the fire's good (hm, did you perhaps receive a tip?) and the shadowing is great.

Since you added colour, the arm doesn't look like it's coming out of the quiver, and the bow seems to have a normal length now, well done.

Also, don't give me that bullshit about "Much colours might be not realistic" (*might not be), it all looks fantastic.

I'm jellymad, congratulations: the 5/5 is deserved.

SamZee responds:

O.O Wow, thanks.
O yeah, thank you for that suggestion ^^. And I'm glad to hear that it actually worked, too.
Well, that change in the bow wasn't meant to be. I just forgot to over-draw the lines again :P, but since you like it I won't change it.

Not bad. Not bad at all.

This art piece really has very clear pros and cons with me, in the small things, like the chain (pro) used in the weapon and the tag (con) >_>

Anyway, I'll get to the review:

I really like how the body worked out, mostly. It's feminine, yet beastly. It has a certain beauty, yet the succubus somehow makes you weary; something's not right.

What I didn't really like about the body is the hands and the face. The face is because I'm not a furry, which is a personal thing (meaning, no points are lost here), but the hands are just too small. I know drawing hands is a difficult thing (I'm struggling with my current art project with the hand(s)).

What I did (very much) like, were the wings, as in damn, they're good. 'Nuff said.
I also like the paint/tattoos she's having all over her body, nice detail.

Other than that, nice tail, nice weapon and nice logo. Great job, keep it up!

CliffRacer responds:

thanks :3 and yes, now that you mentioned it, I noticed it myself too, the hands really are too small, and agree. But what I noticed myself earlier was, that the legs are a bit too short.

Not bad. Not bad at all.

I really like how you made this, keeping femininity and adding the 'brute' detail.
I can only guess that you made this with paint, with massive amounts of patience (correct me if I'm wrong :P).

Really looks cool, keep it up.

Does she... have a neck?

I like it, really I do, but she really looks like she's trying to fit into the screen/paper. Did you have enough drawing space when you began?

Other than that, the shadowing is good, but the eyes and the shoulders seem... Really, REALLY odd.

Keep improving, you'll get there (lol I'm not even 'there' yet.)

Thedark responds:

Well you got a point there
i will try to improve later on

I originally wasn't going to review anything from you...

..., but when I first saw 'Chasing Cars' ( http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/xhero-009/chasing-cars-2 ) and then this one, something in me kinda... snapped.

I read one of the reviews, by New2thisGame to be precise, which made perfect sense with the picture, then I saw this illustration and damn... even leaving the fact aside that this is a masterpiece on itself, this is great. Just great.

Anyway, the review:

I love landscapes like these, and I love this landscape. The grass close to the watcher has a different color and as the grass goes further away, it gets lighter. This is something that I've seen let out far too much with certain art, unfortunately. Good job on adding that.

Also, the sky, damn the sky! Beautiful! The changes in color, the clouds etc, etc. I could go on for I don't know how long.

And lastly, the characters. (pretty) simply drawn, yet elaborate. The only thing I have to say about that is 'Ahhh. The happiness...'

Sigh, back to real life again.

Anyway, you're getting an instant fave, 5/5 and all that. Great job and keep it up, if you decide to upload more art, would you be so kind to tell me so in a PM? I'd love to see more (also of these three, if that's possible) of your work.
